How the hours work
By the hour suits a decision that needs a second pair of eyes, or a plan to pressure-test before anyone builds. A weekly block suits a team with product work and nobody to own it yet. An outcome suits a result you can name.
Whichever it is, before the first paid hour we write down what good looks like and agree on it. If you can’t tell which shape fits, that’s what the first conversation is for.
